What does Kirkby Sales & Exchange do?
We buy, sell, and exchange a wide range of electronics, games, phones, consoles, DVDs, and tech accessories. Whether you’re upgrading your phone, trading in old games, or looking for a great deal on second-hand tech, we make it quick and easy.
How does the exchange process work?
Bring your items into our store for a free valuation. Our team will check the condition and make you a fair offer — either in cash or as store credit towards another purchase.
Do you buy items for cash?
Yes! If you’d rather sell than exchange, we’ll offer you an instant cash payment once your item has been tested and verified.
How do you decide what my item is worth?
We base our offers on the item’s condition, current market value, and demand. You’ll always get a fair, transparent price.
What kind of items do you buy?
We buy a wide variety of tech and entertainment products, including:

Yes, most of our items come with a short warranty period to cover any faults that weren’t visible at the time of purchase. Please ask in store for details.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If an item is faulty, you can return it within our returns period with your receipt. For non-faulty items, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis — just speak to our team and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept part exchanges?
Yes — you can trade in your old tech and put its value towards something new. It’s a great way to upgrade for less.

At the moment, we operate in-store only so we can check all items in person — but we’re working on expanding online services soon.
